۱. ثبت‌نام و اطلاعات حساب کاربری

استفاده از خدمات Statsfa منوط به ثبت‌نام در وب‌سایت و ایجاد حساب کاربری است. در فرآیند ثبت‌نام، کاربر می‌بایست اطلاعات صحیح و کامل از جمله نام و نام خانوادگی، آدرس ایمیل معتبر و شماره تلفن همراه را وارد نماید. ارائه ایمیل واقعی و قابل‌دسترسی الزامی است. مسئولیت صحت اطلاعات واردشده به‌عهده کاربر می‌باشد.

۲. سرویس‌های رایگان و پولی

Statsfa یک سامانه آمارگیر تحت وب است که نسخه‌ای سبک و ساده‌شده از خدماتی نظیر Google Analytics را به کاربران ارائه می‌دهد. این سامانه دارای نسخه‌های رایگان و پولی است. کاربران می‌توانند پیش از خرید، از نسخه رایگان استفاده نموده و در صورت تطابق با نیازهای‌شان، اقدام به ارتقاء به بسته‌های پریمیوم نمایند.

توجه: هزینه پرداختی برای بسته‌های پولی به هیچ عنوان قابل بازگشت نمی‌باشد.

۳. مسئولیت خدمات

Statsfa تنها مسئولیت پشتیبانی و ارائه خدمات را در قبال ابزارها، افزونه‌ها، ماژول‌ها یا اسکریپت‌هایی می‌پذیرد که مستقیماً از طریق وب‌سایت رسمی این سامانه (statsfa.com) دریافت شده باشند. ما هیچ‌گونه مسئولیتی نسبت به ابزارها یا نسخه‌هایی که از منابع ثالث یا غیررسمی تهیه شده‌اند، نخواهیم داشت.

۴. تبلیغات در داشبورد

در نسخه رایگان Statsfa، تبلیغات به‌صورت پیش‌فرض در محیط داشبورد کاربران نمایش داده می‌شود. این تبلیغات به‌منظور تأمین بخشی از هزینه‌های زیرساختی نسخه رایگان است. کاربران نسخه‌های پریمیوم می‌توانند با ارتقاء حساب خود، قابلیت نمایش تبلیغات را غیرفعال نمایند.

غیرفعال‌سازی تبلیغات تنها برای کاربران بسته‌های پولی امکان‌پذیر است. کاربران نسخه رایگان امکان حذف تبلیغات را نخواهند داشت.

۵. شرایط پذیرش تبلیغات

تبلیغ‌دهندگان محترم می‌بایست بنرهای خود را دقیقاً مطابق با سایز سفارش‌شده و با حجم کمتر از 100 کیلوبایت ارسال نمایند. استفاده از تصاویر متحرک آزاردهنده یا تبلیغات فلش‌دار (دارای انیمیشن‌های سریع و چشمک‌زن) مجاز نمی‌باشد و منجر به رد تبلیغ خواهد شد.

پس از تأیید تبلیغ توسط سامانه، هزینه پرداختی به هیچ عنوان قابل بازگشت نمی‌باشد.
در صورت انصراف تبلیغ‌دهنده از ادامه نمایش تبلیغ به هر دلیلی، می‌بایست از طریق سیستم پشتیبانی (ارسال تیکت) درخواست توقف تبلیغ را ثبت نماید. توجه داشته باشید که در این حالت نیز وجه پرداختی مسترد نخواهد شد.

۶. استفاده مسئولانه

استفاده از خدمات Statsfa می‌بایست در چهارچوب قوانین جمهوری اسلامی ایران و با رعایت اصول اخلاقی و حرفه‌ای صورت گیرد. هرگونه سوءاستفاده، تلاش برای نفوذ، ایجاد اختلال یا بهره‌برداری غیرمجاز از منابع سامانه، منجر به مسدودسازی دسترسی و پیگرد قانونی خواهد شد.

۷. تغییرات در قوانین

Statsfa حق دارد در هر زمان، مفاد این توافق‌نامه را به‌روزرسانی نماید. اطلاع‌رسانی در این خصوص از طریق وب‌سایت انجام خواهد شد و ادامه استفاده از خدمات به‌منزله پذیرش نسخه جدید قوانین است.

۸. حریم خصوصی

ما متعهد به حفظ حریم خصوصی کاربران خود هستیم. برای اطلاع دقیق از نحوه جمع‌آوری، استفاده و محافظت از اطلاعات کاربران، لطفاً سیاست حفظ حریم خصوصی Statsfa را مطالعه نمایید.

1. Account Registration and User Information

To use Statsfa’s services, you must first register and create an account. During registration, you’re required to provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, a valid and accessible email address, and a mobile phone number. You're solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

2. Free and Paid Services

Statsfa is a web-based analytics platform that offers a simplified version of services similar to Google Analytics. It provides both free and premium (paid) plans. Users can try the free version and upgrade to a premium plan if it meets their needs.

Note: Payments made for premium plans are non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Service Responsibility

Statsfa only supports and takes responsibility for tools, plugins, modules, or scripts that are directly downloaded from its official website (https://statsfa.com). We are not liable for any tools or versions obtained from third-party or unofficial sources.

4. Ads in the Dashboard

In the free version of Statsfa, advertisements are displayed by default within the user dashboard. These ads help offset the infrastructure costs of the free service. Premium users can disable ads by upgrading their account.

Ad removal is only available to paid users. Free users cannot remove ads.

5. Advertising Guidelines

Advertisers must submit banners that match the exact requested size and are under 100KB in file size. Animated banners that are disruptive (such as fast or blinking animations) or made with Flash are not allowed and will be rejected.

Once an ad is approved by the system, the payment is non-refundable.
If an advertiser decides to cancel an active campaign for any reason, they must submit a cancellation request via the support system (ticket submission). Please note that refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

6. Responsible Use

All use of Statsfa must comply with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran and follow ethical and professional standards. Any misuse, hacking attempts, system disruption, or unauthorized access will result in account suspension and possible legal action.

7. Changes to the Terms

Statsfa reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be announced on the website. Continued use of the services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
